What I bring

Since 2023, I’ve been a Registered Dietitian and Hatha Yoga teacher.

After my nutrition studies I moved to Switzerland and there I have worked in the food industry within Research & Development. This gave me a perspective a lot of dietitians don’t have, an inside look at how and why certain food products get made and marketed, which shapes how I think about helping people understand what’s genuinely healthy, not just what’s sold as such. This is why I find it all the more important to educate people on the link between food and health.

Health is not only found in nutrition, though. Your mindset and physical acivity level play a big part too. Since I did my first Yoga Teacher Training that has become increasingly more obvious to me. And for that reason I do not just want to help people with their food habits, but with their overall health.

Next to the private yoga classes you’ll also find me teaching around Bern: I teach yoga at Pandora where I volunteer for SPORTEGRATION, and I’m a substitute teacher at Yama Yoga & Co and La Luna in Langnau

In my free time I’m usually in the kitchen fermenting something, natto, kimchi, vegan yoghurt, or making my own plant milks and seitan from scratch. It’s less a side hobby and more where a lot of my practical, hands-on food knowledge actually comes from
