Sustainable health approach
Sustainable health is built over time. Not through quick fixes or passing trends, but through habits that support both your body and your mind, day after day.
It’s a balanced, practical approach, one that looks at how you eat, how you move, and how you look after yourself more broadly. With a focus on mostly whole and plantbased foods and the connection between physical and mental wellbeing, it’s about supporting your health in a way that feels realistic and maintainable.
You don’t need to start from scratch. You are probably already doing a lot. It’s often just a matter of building on what’s there, making small adjustments, and finding a way of doing things that works for you.
I’m here to support that process in a way that feels clear, grounded and manageable, without strict rules or unrealistic expectations.
Because lasting health doesn’t come from doing everything at once. It grows from small, consistent steps that, over time, become part of how you live.
Science & Health
Health is personal, and your path to wellness should reflect that. This approach blends modern research with ancient wisdom from Ayurveda, herbalism, Chinese medicine, and yoga. While some aspects of these practices may be overlooked in modern medicine, much of their value remains, especially in addressing the root causes of health issues, rather than just treating symptoms. Modern nutrition and wellness practices often draw from these ancient methods.
Each strategy is cross-checked for safety and effectiveness, ensuring it aligns with the latest science while remaining simple and easy for you to follow. The goal is to provide clear, actionable steps that empower you to address the root of any health concerns and make lasting, sustainable improvements in your well-being.

Leila Palmier
I’m a registered dietitian, fermented food technologist, and 500 RYS yoga instructor with a passion for optimal quality of life.
Working in the food industry as a product developer has given me valuable insights, that not all dietitians have, allowing me to see nutrition and sustainability from all perspectives.
I believe true sustainability starts with feeling good in our own bodies. My goal is to help everyone make simple, lasting changes that support both personal well-being and environmental health.
